LAYOUT DEPARTMENT HEAD
A year or two after David joined the Layout Department at DNA Productions he became a Layout Supervisor and then ultimately the Layout Department Head. The Jimmy Neutron television series won multiple ANNIE awards during the original run on Nickelodeon. IMDB is a good place to get more information on the cast and crew.
LAYOUT = DIGITAL CINEMATOGRAPHER
Storytelling with the camera is the welcome plight of the Layout department. Action scenes were the most fun and the Jet Fusion 1 hour special was packed with them. Please enjoy some of David's layout and animation work in this downhill sequence from Operation: Rescue Jet Fusion.

JIMMY NEUTRON BOY GENIUS
Working as a character animator on this film fulfilled a lifelong dream for David. As a young boy growing up in San Antonio Texas, David would often wonder what it would be like to be an animator on a feature film. He used to practice drawing every day in the hopes he would one day be good enough to fulfill that dream. Thanks to John Davis and Keith Alcorn that dream came true.
